PD2607S
Description
PD2607S is a half-bridge gate driver that is specially designed to drive high-voltage, high-speed and N-channel type power MOSFETs and IGBTs.
PD2607S supports VCC under-voltage lockout (UVLO) feature, protecting the power tube from operating with insufficient voltage.
PD2607S also provides cross-conduction prevention and deadtime insertion to effectively protect the power IC and prevent both MOSFETs of
each half-bridge from switching on at the same time.
