PD2109S
Description
PD2109S is a half-bridge gate driver IC that is specially designed to drive high-voltage, highspeed and N-channel type power MOSFETs.
PD2109S supports under-voltage lockout (UVLO) feature, protecting the power tube from operating with insufficient voltage.
PD2109S also provides cross-conduction prevention and deadtime insertion to effectively protect the power IC and prevent both MOSFETs of each half-bridge from switching on at the same time.
